The museum has a permanent gallery of displays and a gallery that hosts temporary exhibition of the magnificent artwork which is borrowed from many notable French Museums like Musee du Louvre, Centre Pompidou and Musee d’Orsay.
Another Interesting fact at the museum is the Falaj-inspired water system running through the museum. Falaj water system is an ancient Arab agricultural technique that was used to distribute water equally to different places by natural means. Manarat Al Saadiyat Island
Manarat Al Saadiyat means “A Place of Enlightenment”. It was opened in 2009 as a cultural and community center for the residents that includes workshops for both adults and children. The ongoing activities include printmaking, figure drawing, self-portraits, and robotics. The Abu Dhabi’s original cultural center stays open through out the year and offers a wide range of exhibitions, productions, conferences, performances, workshops, and community discussions every day.
Manarat Al Saadiyat has a wonderful auditorium with a capacity of 250 seats, a photography studio, and an art studio. There is also an outdoor terrace that hosts different events. The cultural center also has a nice café, restaurant, and a gift shop. Manarat Al Saadiyat hosts a variety of interesting community events such as comedy nights, theatre workshops, yoga classes, film screenings and sky-gazing. The center also has three galleries for temporary exhibitions. Every year, in November visitors can enjoy the UAE Pavilion which is designed by Norman Foster. UAE Pavilion is home to the Abu Dhabi Art and culture, and it displays the artworks that depicts the culture of UAE.

These turtles and their hatching sites are monitored by the trained patrolling staff.
The Hawksbill Turtles are listed as critically endangered species on the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Red List. Saadiyat Beach is the only and one of its kind habitat environments in the Arab world for these turtles. During nesting season, the night lights are reduced, and beach furniture and equipment is moved away from the nests.
Saadiyat Beach Golf Club
Saadiyat Beach Golf Club is the region’s first ocean golf course and is designed by Gary Player. This golf course offers a magnificent experience to the players who enjoy their game with the stunning views of the sea with eye catching appearances of the dolphins playing in the sparkling seawater. The 72-par golf course offers great activities for the tourists as it has tee boxes for both beginners and professionals.
